Dana Wittman lives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and after Hurricane Katrina hit, she decided to slow down and enjoy life a little more by painting from the inspiration all around her. Dana’s whimsical art reflects the culture of the South with a mixture of the Mardi Gras tradition, so popular along the Gulf Coast. Dana is a coastal girl at heart having grown up since childhood by the beaches and bayous, inspired by all varieties of sea life, birds and more.
