Return Policy
We hope you love your selection. Youngberg & Co., Inc. guarantees your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason simply contact us within 30 days. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days from ship date including any manufacturing defect. Closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and only the merchandise amount of your purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. If you package has not arrived safely, please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made within 10 work days to the carrier: UPS: 800-742-5877.

Our general return policy is as follows:
- Merchandise returned with the original receipt within 30 days will receive a full refund via original method of payment.
- Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and packaging with all labels intact.
- No returns or exchanges on all custom orders.
- Merchandise which has been purchased ON SALE is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Merchandise which was not originally purchased from our website cannot be returned or exchanged.
